Sorting & Filtering
As your garage grows, you'll want to control what shows up and in what order. The toolbar gives you several ways to do this.
Sorting
Click the sort control in the toolbar area to choose how your RVs are ordered. Available sort options:
| Sort By | What It Does |
|---|---|
| Price | Orders by the lowest active listing price. Cheapest first (ascending) or most expensive first (descending). |
| Year | Orders by model year — useful for finding the newest or oldest RVs. |
| Make | Alphabetical by manufacturer name — groups all Tiffins together, all Newmars together, etc. |
| Mileage | Orders by odometer reading — find the lowest-mileage options quickly. |
| Distance | Orders by how far the nearest listing is from your home zip code. Requires your zip to be set in your profile. |
| Length | Orders by the RV's overall length in feet. |
Each sort can be toggled between ascending (↑) and descending (↓) by clicking it again.
Sorting works with active search results. For example, you could search for all 2020+ Tiffins, then sort by price to see the cheapest first.
Filtering Sold & Hidden RVs
By default, the garage hides two types of RVs:
- Sold RVs — any RV whose listing status has been marked "Sold"
- Hidden RVs — any RV you've manually hidden using the eye icon
To see these RVs, click Show Sold/Hidden in the toolbar. Click it again to hide them.
The RV Count
The toolbar displays a count like "12 / 50 RVs". This means:
- 12 RVs are currently visible in the grid (after search filters, hide filters, etc.)
- 15 is your total number of RVs your garage will hold.
This helps you know at a glance whether filters are hiding anything.
Clearing Filters
If you've applied a search and want to go back to seeing everything, click Clear Search in the toolbar. This removes the search criteria but preserves your sort order and sold/hidden preferences.
