Signing In

Email & Password​

  1. Open RVThinker in your browser. If you're not already signed in, you'll see the landing page.
  2. Click Login.
  3. Enter the email and password you registered with.
  4. Click Sign In.

If your credentials are correct, you'll land directly in your garage with all your RVs loaded.

Trouble Signing In?​

What you seeWhat it means
"Security Error, our records didn't match. Try again."Your email or password is incorrect. Double-check both and try again.
"Authentication Error…"Something else went wrong — possibly a temporary server issue. Wait a moment and try again.

RVThinker does not reveal whether it was the email or the password that was wrong. This is intentional — it prevents someone from guessing whether a particular email has an account.

Social Login​

If you registered with Google, Facebook, Microsoft, or GitHub, click the matching provider button on the login screen. You'll be redirected to that provider to authenticate, then returned to your garage automatically.

Staying Signed In​

RVThinker uses a session cookie, so as long as you don't explicitly log out or clear your browser cookies, you'll stay signed in when you return to the site. The session does expire after a period of inactivity set by the server.

Logging Out​

To log out:

  1. Click the hamburger menu (☰) in the top-right corner of the toolbar.
  2. Click Logout.

You'll be returned to the landing page.
